Our mission is to open an eatery, creating delicious and hearty baked goods and foods with local seasonally fresh ingredients, while assuring that all other ingredients used meet our high standards of being GM (Genetic Modification)-Free, Fair Trade, and Sustainably Grown. We will offer educational programming, including classes to the community regarding agricultural, culinary, and nutritional information periodically.

Furthermore, as we realize how much is being hidden from us, Village Green LLC wants to be as transparent as possible, so please ask any question that comes to mind.
